UNIR iTED participates in 2nd World Open Educational Resources Congress

Last September, 2017, took place 2nd World Open Educational Resources Congress in Ljubljana, which hosted around 600 delegates, representatives of Government, NGOs, educators and experts, academia and industry. Daniel Burgos, director of Research Institute for Innovation & Technology in Education (UNIR iTED) and director of UNESCO Chair on eLearning and ICDE Chair in OER in UNIR, organized with Fabio Nascimbeni, both directors of Open Educators Factory (OEF) Project, one of the satellite events of this congress.
